Leadership: William “Bill” J. Cutler, Jr., SPHR, has a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida at Tampa, Florida.
He has served as Cutler Consulting Services LLC’s CEO since 2000.
Bill has twenty-five years of experience as a veteran Wage and Hour Investigator and Compliance Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division. He also has an additional ten years of experience in the field of professional compensation and human resources.
Bill, while with the U.S. Department of Labor, successfully conducted hundreds of wage and hour compliance actions.
He conducted numerous investigations that were successfully litigated and regularly assisted attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Bill is currently certified as a “Senior Professional in Human Resources” (SPHR).
The SPHR certification is the highest professional certification awarded by the “Human Resource Certification Institute” and the “Society of Human Resources Management.” Each organization is internationally recognized as certification and professional leaders in the field of human resource.
